Dear Parents! I am SO excited to see everyone together this Sunday on our way to the BEST SUMMER EVER! I wanted to share a few small pieces of information here and make sure you know that I’m here for any further questions as we kick off TJJ next week.
My Travel Plans (CLE-LGA-JFK)
I plan to arrive at CLE at 6am this Sunday for my 7:55am flight to LGA. I am happy to meet all the Clevelanders who have the same travel plans and ensure that they get to JFK with me when we get to NY.
Your Teens’ Travel Communication
For all other teens, our advisors will be in contact with them today through Friday to touch base, and they can anticipate that the advisor they speak to will be in touch with them on Sunday to make sure everyone gets where they need to. If there are any other specific needs for Sunday travel, please let me know as soon as possible. I am and will be available through the flight to Israel at 216-513-0263. In general, and at least for the next week, if I’m not able to pick up it’s probably because I’m talking to someone else, and texting me is a better way to get through than voicemails.
A Few Outstanding Questions
– If you need an Epi-Pen, you’ll have to bring and take care of it yourself, as we are not able to deploy it ourselves. Please let me know if this will be a problem.
– You won’t “NEED” to bring any food- I.e. if you would not bring any food at all, we will have everything you should generally need.
– Free Weekend drop off times will be verified the week before in case there are slight schedule adjustments, but for now, you can assume we’ll be dropping off the kids on Thursday night in Tel Aviv some time from 6-7pm and in Jerusalem some time from 8-9pm and will be picking them up from Tel Aviv some time from 8-9am and from Jerusalem some time from 10-11am.
